After you have completed your holistic coaching and implementation programs, it’s time for you to live it out AND know you’re never alone on this journey!

This subscription is designed to keep you engaged and committed to yourself. So you know you have me, your coach, available continuously. To reinforce your new health as a lifestyle that sticks.

How to use this: Ask me about new groceries or brands you come across or if you want me to read a label for you. Let me know if you’re planning for a trip and how to accommodate your new lifestyle. Text me daily workout selfies/check marks for daily accountability. Ask me what to order at a particular restaurant. Communicate a situation where boundaries are needed. Whatever it is, I am here for you so together we can live out the health you have created for yourself. This was not a one and done program - the lifestyle lives on! And I’m in it with you.
